Day 29 – Sweet Surrender – 30 Days of Yoga

You made it. We rolled out the mat for 30 Days. It may have taken longer than 30 Days
– but you did it. You are here, now. You committed to yourself, to a practice that serves, inspires
and moves. Enjoy this celebratory practice and know that you are are connected to others
around the globe also with the mission to Find What Feels Good.
Day 30 is ultimately an opportunity for me to show you that really – it is all you baby. It is an opportunity for you
to trust and love. It is an opportunity for you to get a good work out and work-it-out.
It is a celebration of our practice and of our community! It’s about inspiration. How
lucky are we to have this practice to grow and this experience to learn from?! Who would
have thought you could appreciate the tools of yoga at home in such a way and be your
own boss? Who would of thought you would actually make friends across the globe and connect
to a community on YouTube? Not me. But I’m so very glad we did.

  1. T'his is the second time I complete this series, before moving to others – and all I got to say is that it was AMAZING, and thank
    you so much. This is the first time that I do yoga, and I managed to really change my body and maybe not easeinto yoga, but I am indeed a lot more flexible and without spine aches (almost). I love your way of guiding – it really feels like you are here in my
    room, and that you are happy if I am asleep all the practice, if that is what I really wanna do… Thx a lot! Only in three practices or so I really was with myself… what do you recommend to do?

  9. What a beautiful way to end the 30 days. I loved how it helped me really own my time on the mat and find what my body and spirit needed. Thank you for creating these, Adriene.     The last month has been the best month of my life! I started yoga with an attempt to increase my focus and concentration and to my surprise, this practice had much more to offer than it meets the eye. I feel more healthy and energetic than ever before.

    Thank you so much for these 30 days! I have dabbled with yoga for many years, but your style of teaching, an innate sense of knowing when our shoulders are creeping up, and keeping it fun made me really enjoy it again. I've kept to the 30 days, actually finished it, and looked forward to doing it everyday! Thank you 🙂

  15. Was able to do the whole twenty minutes without looking at the video once, just let my breath and body lead the way! Can't imagine doing that before this challenge. I feel so invigorated. Thank you, Adriene.

  18. I can't believe I actually was able to commit to these 30 days! I feel so empowered. Yoga has definitely transformed my life for the better. I was a little worried at the start of this video when you said you wouldn't have your mic on but I actually was able to find what felt good all on my own! Thank you so so much Adriene.     omg..! I made it, 30 days non stop yoga challenge. since Im a pianist, i've had constant shoulder/back pain so I always wanted to do yoga but it never happened. Maybe I was meant to start with you Adriene. It was a wonderful gift for me which I will keep embracing for the rest of my life. Thank you so much. Namaste!

  23. I know I'm very late, as this challenge was 2 years ago, but I wanted to do this one first then yoga camp and revolution. I just wanted to say that I followed you the 30 days and feel so grateful that I sticked to this challenge and practiced everyday (with the exception of one day). During these 30 days I've learned that even I can do side planks, get arm muscles and accept not being able to do all the poses. This is the first time I feel a difference in myself from any sort of exercise and I really can't believe it. So happy and proud. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste ♥

  24. I can't even begin to express how much these 30 days changed my life. I've been so much calmer, more centered, lost weight and inches and feel like a better person all around. From the bottom of my heart thank you Adriene!!! <3

  25. I just finished my 30 days of yoga in 30 days and I am emotional because of what it has done for me. I was in a bad place and this challenge really took my focus and made me enjoy coming to the mat everyday. I have seen improvement in my stretches but also in my mind and soul. I'll continue to do other practices as I do enjoy your teachings and thank you for being there in ways you don't even know ??
